Hey all, I was on vacation 3 days this week, so there’s not a whole lot to report as far as gameplay.
However, Forest did a TON of work on concepts for UI, icons, etc. We’ll share more of that soon! He also did some polish work on the player ship, jet effects, etc.
Lastly, we have a new intro sequence, and a roughed-in main menu and end-game stats screen. Let us know what you think!
Also, what are people’s thoughts on 1024×768 as a minimum resolution?
Play it!

Can’t seem to play. I did a manual update of the unitity player but it still says my version is too low. This is the first build I’ve had this trouble with. Do I have access to the proper version of unitiy? Are you using a beta or unreleased version?
Hmm, I did update the version of the engine this week, but others have had success with this build… My web player version is 3.5.4f1.
I may have seen this message in error before when Chrome is asking me to allow the plugin – is that maybe the case for you (It’d be a bar at the top of your browser)?
I’m getting a webplayer error as well. I have the latest version.
Hmm what browser are you guys using?
I’m using Chrome. I’m able to play other Unity Web games just fine.
It says the installed version is less than the required version. I have the latest version off the Unity site.
I use Chrome too. The first few times I tried I didn’t have any controls. After a few refreshes, it started working fine for me.
Are you guys in Windows or MacOS?
I was in windows/IE when I was having trouble.
Sorry for the trouble with this week’s build, I’m not sure what’s going on. We’ll have a new build up tomorrow which actually uses yet another new Unity version – hopefully this one will work!
